Matt Kendrick

Matt Kendrick, is one of the UK's foremost authorities on health, fitness and nutrition and has spent the last 10 years researching the impact of food and exercise on the human body. He has worked alongside many of the world's experts in the fields of exercise, diet and improving personal performance and applies his specialist knowledge to help people become fitter, healthier and happier.

He founded MK Lifefit in 2001 and redefined how people should approach their personal health and fitness.

Those who have benefited from Matt's expertise include premiership footballers, international cricketers, well-known entertainment artists and BUPA and BMI hospitals.

Sally Kendrick

Sally has always been interested in health and fitness. From the age of 8, Sally was a competitive tennis player at county level and then went on to coach tennis at an early age.

Sally’s passion for dance lead her to exercise to music and she qualified in 1999.

Sally trained through Stott Pilates and qualified with the Pacific Movement Centre in California.

Sally has been teaching Pilates and Fitness for the past 11 years around Health Clubs and private studios in the Solihull area. Sally has worked with people from all walks of life, including elite athletes, entertainment artists and the general public up to the age of 80 years plus.

Sally believes that fitness, although being hard work is all about enjoyment and having fun with it.

Sean Rai

After gaining a qualification as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist Sean has strived to develop his education, knowledge and skill set to push himself toward the top of his field. Sean has a genuine passion for not only helping clients reach short term goals, but more importantly in improving clients long term health and performance. By constantly educating his clients in nutrition and lifestyle along side exciting and challenging exercise programs. He has seen clients achieve fantastic results aesthetically and also make drastic health improvements. Sean also works in private healthcare at the BMI Priory Hospital as a Sports Therapist. This has given him the opportunity to work along side expert Physiotherapists which has enabled him to continue his learning and gain valuable experience in injury assessment, prevention and rehabilitation.

Phil Bennett

Having worked with clients from 11 years of age up to the age of 82, Phil has vast experience of tailoring exercise programmes and nutritional profiles for every type of goal, helping to provide the physical and psychological benefits that self improvement brings. Phil has attained additional qualifications which enable him to further specialise in working with those with neurological disorders, cardiovascular problems, stroke related issues, diabetes and mental health complaints. A large amount of Phil's working career was spent outside of the fitness industry, working in a corporate environment. He therefore understands the pressures and challenges that face many clients in reaching their goals. His empahetic yet focussed approach has helped many clients, from many different backgrounds achieve improved wellbeing.

Andy Farr

Andy has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry with a wide range of qualifications in both training, sports and remedial therapy. Andy has gained a vast amount of experience treating professional football players at Aston Villa FC and private patients at BMI Priory Hospital.

Main areas of interest and expertise are with clients pre and post op, orthopedic surgery to make sure they maximize their outcome.

Andy finds it rewarding and satisfying helping clients achieve their personal goals within the context of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Debbie Ganderton

Debbie’s life long interest in Sports & Exercise guided her to study & qualify as a RSA Fitness Instructor. She has worked within Fitness Clubs; teaching Circuit Training, Aqua Aerobics, Body Conditioning and Step Aerobics.

Continuing her fitness education, Debbie qualified as a Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist and joined MK Personal Training Academy in January 2006.

Jessica Kirkham

Since the age of six Jessica has trained in most forms of dance locally, before joining the Senior Associates with the Royal Ballet and attending the Central School of Ballet, London, aged 16. During which she was able to perform in many theatres around the UK and train with professional artists from dance companies worldwide, including English National Ballet, The Royal Ballet and Matthew Bourne, among others.

After a series of injuries the importance of Pilates were introduced to her to maintain fitness, and gain strength during her rehabilitation. Enjoying and benefiting from this greatly she qualified as a STOTT Pilates Matwork and Reformer instructor, teaching group and one to one sessions to a variety of clients.
