What is the best move to blitz my biceps?
Drop sets squeeze more reps from tired muscles. Don't lower the weight after each set - change the grip, moving from weakest to strongest movement. Using a dumb-bell, do eight to ten reverse curls, curls to failure, then hammer curls to failure. Rest for two minutes. Do three sets.
